Our holiday cutoff order deadlines are based on provided carrier deadlines.
Delivery by December 24th does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of OnTheRocks (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the delivery services provided by our carriers). We'll do our part, but we don't own UPS, so that's all we can promise.
